Apple (AAPL 255.97, -7.16, -2.72%) ’s worldwide developers’ conference starts on Monday and chief executive officer Steve Jobs will be delivering the keynote speech. The company is expected to show off the next version of the iPhone at the conference.
The U.K. life insurer Prudential (UK:PRU 557.84, -9.50, -1.67%) (PUK 15.92, -0.39, -2.39%) will have its annual general meeting on Monday, less than a week after the collapse of a $35.5 billion deal to acquire the Asian unit of AIG (AIG 34.75, -0.45, -1.28%) .
Halliburton (HAL 23.11, -0.52, -2.20%) will give a presentation on Monday at RBC Capital Markets’ Global Energy & Power.
